The organization maintains two types of audits regularly. The internal audit & compliance unit conducts periodic and surprise monitoring within the organization to ensure correct financial operation. At the same time, it engages external auditor for the same purpose.
In 1985, a group of Social workers established a voluntary development organization to improve the condition of socially disadvantaged children in Bangladesh.
