Bauniabadh E Block Govt. high school started its journey in the year of 1982 with only 13 students. From the very beginning, it was operated through direct aid of different NGOs. In the year of 1993, Bangladesh govt. took the responsibility of school at an informal meeting with school authority. This informal call from govt. did not come into effect that time. Hence, a number of NGOs had taken the burden of it at different stages of their project interim. In the year of 2013, the school authority got the final call from Bangladesh government. Five years has already been passed but the government did not take any significant initiative for the betterment of the school. Bauniabadh E block govt. primary school is an institution of total 284 students with 140 boys and rest of them are girls. The school has just 5 teachers for huge number of students with an alarming teacher student ratio (1 teacher for 71 students). “We do not carry out educational activities when any teacher got sick or suffer any other emergencies” was telling Md. Hossen, Head Teacher of respective school. In this regard, we have to postpone our regular activities he added.
