Introduction:
The Inception Meeting of the “Humanitarian Support to Mocha-Affected Families in Teknaf, Cox’s Bazar” project, implemented by the Social and Economic Enhancement Programme (SEEP) in collaboration with Welthungerhilfe (WHH), took place on 14th August 2023 at the Upazila Complex Training Hall Room in Teknaf, Cox’s Bazar. The project aims to provide humanitarian support to the families who affected by the cyclone Mocha, with WHH offering technical support.
Distinguished Guests:
The event was graced by the presence of several notable guests. The Upazila Nirbahi Officer of Teknaf Upazila, Md. Kamruzzaman attended the event as the chief guest. Furthermore, the Upazila Social Service Officer, Md. Khorshed Alam, was present as a special guest. The representatives of the local government of Teknaf Sadar and Sabrang Union Parishad were also in attendance. Representatives from various NGOs, INGOs, UN body and members of the Teknaf Press Club added to the significance of the event.
