Background:
The Social and Economic Enhancement Programme (SEEP), in collaboration with Welthungerhilfe (WHH), is implementing a project titled “Humanitarian Support to Mocha-Affected Families in Teknaf, Cox’s Bazar.” With technical support from WHH, the project aims to provide humanitarian assistance to families impacted by Cyclone Mocha, including the distribution of a Multi-purpose Cash Grant (MPCG).
Objective:
As a vital component of the Post-Distribution Monitoring (PDM) process in both project areas—Teknaf Sadar and Sabrang Union—two Focus Group Discussions were conducted. During these sessions, project beneficiaries shared their perspectives on the distribution process, its impact on their lives, and articulated expectations for future interventions by SEEP. This qualitative assessment served as a valuable tool to evaluate the effectiveness of the distribution in both unions and inform the ongoing PDM efforts.
